Can I cancel my BTA contract?

You can cancel your insurance contract at any time, subject to the conditions set out in the insurance contract. You can cancel your insurance contract by contacting the insurance company that insured you directly. The insurance company may deduct an administration fee from the unused portion of the refundable premium.

If you are involved in an accident, inform your insurance company of the accident as soon as possible, but within 3 days at the latest, and follow the instructions given by the insurance company’s claims adjusters

Can I compare BTA prices with offers from other companies?

Yes. On the Man Ramu platform, you can compare BTA’s offers with 5 other insurers.

Do I need to provide photos of the car for CASCO insurance?

Yes, most often, a CASCO insurance contract becomes fully effective only after submitting photos of the car (before or shortly after conclusion). If the photos are not submitted on time, the insurer may apply an additional deductible of up to EUR 300, even if the policy specifies a lower amount.

What is a deductible and how is it applied in the event of a claim?

A deductible is an agreed amount that the person who has suffered damage must cover themselves. For example, if your CASCO policy specifies a deductible of EUR 200 and the damage amounts to EUR 1,000, the insurance company will compensate EUR 800. In some cases (e.g. theft, natural disaster), a separate, percentage or higher deductible may apply – this is specified in the policy.

How quickly will I receive a BTA insurance policy?

The policy is sent by email immediately after payment.

I have a BTA policy. Where can I apply for a claim?

All claims are registered directly with BTA – by phone, email or self-service.

Does the price of insurance change depending on the driver's age and experience?

Yes. Younger drivers (under 25) and those with less than 2 years of driving experience often have higher premiums. The longer the experience and better the driving history, the better the prices.

Can I terminate the BTA contract on the Man Ramu platform?

Do I have to wait for my insurance to expire before I can renew it or change company?

No. The insurance contract can be terminated earlier, but usually a termination fee is applied or part of the premium is not refunded. It is recommended to compare offers in time before the expiration date and conclude a new contract without interruption.

What to do in the event of a traffic accident?

First of all, take care of your safety, call for help if necessary. Then:

Take photos of the scene and damage;
Fill out a traffic accident declaration;
Report the incident to your insurance company as soon as possible (online or by phone).

Timely and accurate data will help to settle the claim faster.
