What kind of insurance can I purchase on the “Man ramu” insurance platform?
You can now buy Travel Insurance and Compulsory Third Party Vehicle Liability Insurance (MTPL). Other types of insurance products will be available in the future.
How many insurance company offers can I expect on the "Man ramu" insurance platform?
On the Man ramu insurance platform, you can get quotes from 6 insurance companies operating in Lithuania.
Why aren't some insurance companies giving me quotes?
The “Man Ramu” insurance platform uses complex algorithms for communication with insurance companies and it may happen that due to communication problems, data structure or other reasons, the insurance company cannot provide an insurance offer. In this case, choose an offer from another company, or write to us info@manramu.demesys.lt
When will the insurance contract take effect?
The insurance contract will come into force from the date specified in the insurance policy, if the premium has been successfully paid. On the “Man ramu” insurance platform, the entry into force of the insurance contract can be scheduled for any day from tomorrow, but no later than 30 days later.
How do I receive an insurance contract?
You will receive access to the insurance contract documents in your browser after successful payment and registration of the contract with the insurance company. Also, a link to access the documents will be sent to you immediately by e-mail, which you specified during the ordering process. Is an insurance contract concluded online fully valid?
An insurance contract concluded by electronic means of communication is equivalent to one concluded by other means (e.g. through an insurance agent, etc.)
How can I pay for the insurance contract?
You must pay the insurance premium via the e-banking system at the time of ordering. If the insurance premium is not paid or is not paid in full, the insurance contract will not enter into force. Only the policyholder can pay (i.e. the payer must be the same person). Currently, there is no possibility to pay for another person. Please note that your payment will be made directly to the current account of your chosen insurance company. The “Man ramu” insurance platform does not collect customer money into its bank account.
I made a mistake when calculating the premium and paid for the insurance. What should I do?

Can I terminate the insurance contract? How?
Yes, you can terminate the insurance contract at any time under the terms and conditions set out in the insurance contract. You can terminate the validity of the insurance policy by contacting the insurance company that insured you.

take all available measures to minimize damage: if there are injured people, provide first aid, call ambulance and the police (call 112);
as far as possible, protect the property of the victims, fill out the traffic accident declaration carefully (do not agree to falsify any traffic accident data under any circumstances);
If possible, fill out an official electronic traffic accident declaration instead of a paper one: draudimoivykiai.lt
If you filled out a paper traffic accident declaration, notify the insurance company that insured your Motor Third Party Liability about the traffic accident in writing within 3 working days from the date of the traffic accident.
